Internal Sales Representative - Darwin, NT

Our client is a leading provider of welding products and services across Australia, offering customers top-tier solutions and exceptional service. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join their Darwin team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, both over the phone and face-to-face. You will process orders, respond to inquiries, and work closely with the Key Account Manager to maximize sales success. Your ability to manage customer relationships, maintain showroom displays, and contribute to the overall success of the team will be key to excelling in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service both over the counter and via phone.
  
• Process customer orders and provide pricing information.
  
• Follow up on sales and technical inquiries to drive sales success.
  
• Maintain showroom displays and counter areas to ensure a high level of presentation.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and smooth operations.
  
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining high standards of appearance and conduct.
  
• Attend training and trade shows to stay up-to-date with products and industry knowledge.

This will be an ongoing position for the right candidate.
