About the role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:

Provide high-quality assessment and treatment across inpatient, outpatient, and rehab settings

Manage a varied caseload including functional, cognitive and self-care assessments, equipment prescription, and rehab-focused interventions

Supervise and support junior OTs, Allied Health Assistants, and students

Lead service development initiatives, quality improvement projects, and staff training

Work closely with the hospital-based Allied Health multidisciplinary team

Report directly to the Allied Health Manager

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in rehabilitation and multidisciplinary healthcare settings

Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills

Ability to supervise, educate, and mentor staff and students

Interest or experience in service development, training, or research
