Island Aqua Park is seeking two new workers to join our team to assist with aqua park installation and de-installation from 21st November 2025 to have the park open for business from 6th December. The de-installation will begin the day after Labour Day holiday - 3rd March 2026 and will take around 7-10 days.

We are seeking people with availability from:

Install: 21 Nov- 5 December working everyday, not including Sundays.

De-install: 3rd March- 10/12th March.

We can offer you a competitive rate of pay for a minimum of 6 hours per day. The chosen candidates will have experience in a water based role such as off shore subsea or fishing etc, scuba instructor, snorkel tour guide, deckhand, lifeguarding, and have experience diving/free diving.

$50ph and up to $70ph for highly skilled candidates.

We are also looking for people with a similar background to do park cleaning throughout the summer season using a power washer. The rate of pay is around $35ph.

Island Aqua Park is an inflatable water park within Hillarys Boat Harbour in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. The aqua park offers exciting water based playground activities for ages 6-16 years old. We are a family run business who prides itself on creating a fun, exciting and happy workplace for our workers. The team comprises of over 60 lifesavers, ticket sales people and vest handlers. The company has grown year on year and this season will be our biggest season yet.

Qualifications & Experience

It is essential that you have at least 2 years experience working around water and have experience and understanding of safety and risk management for water based work

At least 2 years free diving or diving experience, essential

Lifting and moving large pieces of equipment

First aid certificate and rescue certificate, essential

Open water diving cert, essential

Skippers ticket or boat license, desirable

Forklift driving ticket - highly desirable

Tasks & Responsibilities

Assisting in park set up including installation and de-installation of inflatable pieces from land to water, training provided

The role is based outdoors at the inflatable park in Hillarys Harbour

Typical working hours 7:00am-4pm, other hours as required.

The job requires a minimum of 20 hours per week
