The Role:

• Providing PA support to Body Corporate Managers
• Preparing and distributing meeting agendas & minutes
• Managing emails, correspondence, and client enquiries
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with reports
• Supporting the team with admin projects and office coordination

The Candidate:

• Strata admin or real estate/property management experience desirable and/or must have a genuine interest and transferable skills/qualifications
• A great can-do attitude and must be willingness to learn
• Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
• Proven resilience and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Excellent presentation along with excellent written and verbal communication
