With a large presence in Sydney, our client is a well-known commercial construction Fit out and Refurbishment main contractor, with projects ranging from retail, offices, schools and hospitals up to the value of $15m.

They have a fantastic reputation in the market, over 75% of their work is from repeat business and some of their key client relationships are more than two decades old.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a superstar Site Manager, someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the projects.

Guidance from the PM is there as required and many of the PM's have been there for more than 10 years.

A huge positive here is many trades are in house which streamlines the projects and all proven systems are in place to deliver quality projects.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years' experience managing Fit out projects from start to finish.
