About the role - Program Lead Architect

Develop an overall strategic roadmap that brings together multiple individual solution and cyber architectural designs into an integrated view for the Program to manage integrations and risks.

Duties - Program Lead Architect

• Manage a team of experienced solution and cyber architects, including mentoring, support, coaching, performance and assurance reviews.
• Deliver high quality solution architectures that are fit for business purpose.
• Provide thought leadership on program architecture and cyber architecture strategy.

Skills / Experience - Program Lead Architect

• Proven record of accomplishment in leading architecture solution development with at least ten years' experience operating as a lead architect.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, listening, communication and stakeholder and team management skills.
• Demonstrated experience (at least 5 years) leading an architecture practice and day to day management of a team of architecture staff.
