The Opportunity

This senior role offers the chance to take on complex, high-value litigation from day one. As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy

Oversee matters from initial instructions through to trial

Conduct court appearances, mediations, and negotiations

Collaborate with counsel and independent experts to prepare strong cases

Mentor, guide, and supervise junior lawyers and graduates

Contribute to strategic decisions and the ongoing growth of the firm

About You

We are looking for a confident litigator who brings:

Minimum 5+ years post-admission experience in personal injury or litigation

Strong advocacy and negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proven ability to manage files independently while supporting and developing others

A proactive, collaborative mindset
