About Us

XtraClubs is Australia’s first tech-enabled, self-service wellness club! Our clubs all include Traditional and Infrared Sauna, Ice Baths (3 and 10 Degrees) and a Steam Room. Customers have access to all of these services each time they visit!

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Club Attendant to join our team at XtraClubs Green Square!

What You’ll Do

Cleaning & Hygiene

Onsite cleaning of our facilities to maintain pristine hygiene standards

Restock towels, tidy spaces, and remove rubbish

Etiquette & Member Guidance

Ensure customers follow club etiquette and safe use of facilities

Politely remind and guide customers to uphold standards

Support a respectful, welcoming environment

Customer Service

Have a calming demeanour an be able to de-escalate situations when needed

Conduct tours for new visitors and explain membership options

Use digital tools to support customers with membership and booking queries

Operations

Keep our stockrooms organised and supplies well maintained

Conduct daily water tests of ice baths and dose with chemicals to maintain balance (onsite training provided)

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards, with willingness to carry out onsite cleaning tasks

Confidence in guiding customers and politely upholding club etiquette

Tech-literate and able to assist with membership and booking queries

Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
(Bonus: Cert III/IV in Fitness or experience in wellness/recovery industries)

Shifts

Two main shift patterns: 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Rotating roster, Monday to Sunday
