Warilla Bowls & Recreation Club Group is seeking Gaming Attendants to join our dynamic team across our venues.

As a Gaming Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. You will provide excellent customer service, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and contribute to the positive culture of our team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to all members and guests in the gaming areas.

Assist with the operation of gaming machines, TAB, and Keno.

Ensure compliance with gaming legislation, licensing, and Club policies.

Handle cash accurately and responsibly.

Maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for patrons.

Support the Duty Manager and team by taking initiative and contributing to daily operations.

About You

We’re looking for team players who are approachable, proactive, and committed to delivering a great customer experience. To be successful in this role, you will have:

A current NSW RSA & RCG competency card (essential).

Current ARCG qualification (desired but not essential).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A professional and reliable work ethic.

The ability to work a flexible roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or gaming.
