Network Engineer:

Network Engineer responsible for planning, developing, testing and optimizing network and system services also, taking responsibility for configuration management and overall operational readiness of network systems, especially environments with multiple operating systems and configurations, and provides troubleshooting and fault-finding services for network problems.

Key responsibilities:

Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining and administering new and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers and workstations.
Required to liaise with stake holders, operations center and the planners with on-going projects to clear the dependencies.
Providing network programming in support of specific business needs and requirements.
Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory, and recording diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements and modifications to networks, and maintenance instructions
Managing escalation within the team and communicating to stakeholders.
Required to validate the request, analyze the impact and plan for implementation of data & Voice products and services.

Required Skill set:

Provisioning Workflow, time management, multi-tasking and self-driven
Ability to understand and optimize process for an agile delivery.
Preferable experience with IP Management, Routing, Switching, Voice Switching and Protocols.

Educational Qualifications

Preferably proven working experience as Network Engineer or related field
Preferably a degree in Telecommunications or related field
