About the role:

CPM Australia are currently recruiting for multiple L’Oreal Beauty Consultants to join its inbound Contact Centre Team at Wantirna South servicing customers with beauty product queries. As a L’Oreal Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service, predominantly via live chat, video consultations, email correspondence and some inbound calls

Accompanying and guiding customers through their online shopping journey and luxury brand experience

Contributing to the building of consumer satisfaction, brand advocacy and loyalty

Providing consultation, recommendation and personal service

Maximising sales opportunities by link or cross-selling and driving sales

Maintaining trends knowledge (social & beauty)

About you:

Previous experience and/or qualifications in the beauty industry

Previous experience in retail and/or call centre environment (highly regarded)

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Strong computer and systems literacy, SAP experience desirable

Proficiency in social media and online platforms

Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and are a team player

Availability to work a combination of weekdays and weekends. The shifts will range from 9am – 9pm (Mon-Fri) and 10am-6pm (Sat-Sun)
