New Care Services are looking for a capable, and reliable Community Nurses, to work with a Tracheostomy client on a ventilator assisting them to meet their activities for daily living. Must be quick to learn and have a sense of humour. Preferable Knowledge of PEG tubes, Tracheostomies, Ventilators, and Stoma Care. However, education will be provided internally and we will assist with external education needs. Shift times are 0700 - 1545 and 1530 - 2115 and 2100- 0715 seven days a week. While we have advertised this position as full-time, part time and causal applications would also be welcomed

Pay as per the Nursing 2020 (Aged Care) award and all allowances are paid and above award rates for the right people.

You will be expected to work independently but with an excellent support network from our highly skilled Clinical Services Manager which includes the opportunity for paid shadow shifts.

Client is non verbal means that he has high communication needs as he uses Communication board and eye contact.
