As the ESD Leader, you'll drive the agenda for green design, embed sustainability into every project, whilst building and mentoring a growing team. You'll have the autonomy to set the strategy while drawing on the support of a 40 strong group of engineers spanning mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fire protection and fire safety.

What You'll Need

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

Experienced (10+ years) in ESD / sustainability design within building services in Brisbane

Confident leading projects and teams, with strong communication and client management skills.

Degree-qualified in engineering, sustainability, or a related discipline.
