To have more client engagement and be given hands on exposure to clients across all facets of the client's business.

This firm will allow you to manage your own client list, working with impressive clients from international fashion brands, private equity and investment firms with billions of dollars under management, and interesting local businesses.

The firms aim is to give staff lots of exposure, guidance, and opportunity to grow, develop and enhance their accounting skills.

The Partners are realistic in their expectations of staff and are happy to guide them, spend time with them, and mentor them. The reason for this, is because a couple of the Partners began at a similar level to where you will be joining the team; they understand and appreciate the importance of getting time with Partners to learn from them.

They also provide a clear pathway to staff without unrealistic expectations or unattainable KPI’s.

Experience required:

• CA/CPA qualified or close to completion.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Strong understanding of corporate structures (e.g. trust, companies and partnerships).
• Experience with Div 7a, CGT (sale of shares and property) and if you have experience with sales of business this is a bonus.
• 4 years + experience working within a boutique, Big 4 and or Mid-Tier accounting firm in Australia.
• Permanent Resident or Citizen.
