As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and independent Finance & Accounting Lead to join our tight-knit team in Brookvale.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of the full finance and accounting function of our business. This is a hands-on, standalone role reporting to the General Manager, best suited to someone experienced, reliable, and proactive, able to manage both day-to-day transactional tasks and financial reporting with minimal oversight.

You’ll be the steady hand that ensures our financial operations run smoothly and compliantly while supporting smarter decision-making across the company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Full-function Accounts Payable & Receivable

Bank and balance sheet reconciliations

Cash flow management and reporting

Month-end processes, accruals, and journals

BAS preparation and lodgement

Managing foreign currency payments and international supplier relationships

Sales commissions calculation and reporting

Liaising with external accountants and auditors

Overseeing credit card tracking and expense reconciliation

Supporting the budgeting process and expense monitoring

Providing financial insight to support operational and strategic decisions

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a small business environment

Experience with Netsuite a clear advantage

A strong understanding of cash flow and working capital

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Professional communication skills for working with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders

High attention to detail and an appreciation for quality

Experience with multi-currency environments highly regarded
