We are looking for a skilled and reliable Production Chef to join our dedicated prep kitchen team. This is a behind-the-scenes role preparing high-quality food items that supply our venues.

You'll be working on everything from bulk protein preparation (ribs, chicken, steak portioning), to sauce making, vegetable prep, crumbing, and more. If you're passionate about consistency, efficiency, and working to recipe, this is the role for you.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a production, prep, or high-volume kitchen

Minimum 2+ years of production or prep kitchen experience required

Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and with attention to detail

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Able to work relatively unsupervised and follow recipes consistently

Must hold a current Safe Food Certificate (Food Safety Supervisor preferred)

Must have the unrestricted right to work in Australia

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing proteins, sauces, and vegetables to recipe specifications

Maintaining food quality, portion control, and consistency

Adhering to food safety standards and HACCP practices

Stock rotation, storage, and waste minimisation

Supporting smooth daily kitchen operations
