About you: Ideally, you have some solid experience working with an agency or a similar organisation. You live and breathe design, and you are not afraid to think BOLD. We want to rein in our designers' ideas, rather than pushing for more creative solutions ourselves.

You have an eye for what makes a great ad sell, and you understand the art of typography.
You will primarily work in Figma, switching between brands and creating a range of assets, from wireframes to meta ads, for high-profile clients. You value flexibility and can take direction really well.

Bonus: A love of generative AI applications. Experience with UX. Experience with Webflow. Experience with Animation and Motion Graphics.

About us: PopCandi is a creative studio based in Melbourne, Australia. We have grown over the years from a film and production studio to expand into servicing agencies as an innovative partner, building websites, AI-driven business automations, and, of course, social media and content marketing.

Application details: We want to see your best work and understand why it's your best work. Between 3 and 8 projects is plenty. Could you explain what challenges you had to overcome and problems you solved? We also want to know exactly what you did for the project, and we would like to verify this.

Bonus: We will award bonus points to anyone who wants to record a short video and link it to us, personally explaining this as a presentation. This is not a requirement, but it will help us understand your personality and how you present yourself, as you will often be summoned into meetings with clients for creative consultations. A part of being an excellent designer is also your ability to sell your ideas.
