About Us
AAV4x4 is one of Australia’s fastest-growing builders of tough, off-road touring vehicles. Based in Brendale, we design and build capable 4X4s fitted with premium accessories, practical setups, and ready-for-anything reliability.

We’re expanding and looking for both junior and senior Workshop Fitters to join our crew. Whether you’re just starting out and keen to learn the ropes, or you’ve already got years of trade experience and want to put it to use in a hands-on role, we’d love to chat.

The Role
Day to day, you’ll be fitting a wide range of gear to new 4X4 vehicles – bullbars, trays, subframes, roof racks, steps, tanks, towbars, and more. There’s minimal wiring (our auto sparkies take care of that).

Hours:

Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm

Friday knock-off at 4pm

No weekend work – ever

Who We’re Looking For

Senior Fitters: Experienced tradespeople, ex-mechanics, builders, sparkies, or anyone handy with tools who wants to use their skills in a new industry.

Junior Fitters: Enthusiastic, hands-on learners who want a real career path in automotive and 4X4 builds.

Reliable, punctual, and proud of doing a quality job

Able to work in a workshop environment – physically fit, safe, and tidy

Self-motivated with a good attitude (no egos, no drama)

Bonus Skills (Great but Not Essential):

Automotive accessory fitting experience

Forklift ticket or fabrication skills
