About the Role

Pospal is seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the execution of ICT and software implementation projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure seamless, on-time, and on-budget delivery aligned with Pospal’s vision and high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICT delivery projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items.

• Maintain issue and risk registers, escalating key items to managers for resolution.

• Assist with data migration tasks, validating accuracy and completeness of transferred information.

• Organise and support training sessions, monitor attendance, and ensure training resources are delivered.

• Prepare project reports, including progress updates, financial tracking, and steering committee contributions.

• Support project financial management by tracking budgets and reporting on variances.

• Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors using MS Office and project management tools.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Commerce, or related field.

• 4–5 years’ experience in IT project coordination, administration, or project management.

• Experience in IT cutover and ICT infrastructure environments.

• Proactive team player with strong organisation and multitasking ability.

• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
