Plan, coordinate, and execute physical full vehicle and subsystem sensitivity testing.
Collect, process, and analyse test data for sensitivity studies, metric assessments, CAE model correlation, and validation.
Build and execute detailed finite element (FE) models of automotive components and full vehicle assemblies for NVH analysis.
Interpret test and simulation results, diagnose root causes of NVH issues, and recommend design modifications or countermeasures.
Collaborate with cross-functional design teams to integrate NVH targets into the development process from concept to production.
Deliver comprehensive technical reports and presentations, summarising findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with advancements in NVH engineering, CAE software, and automotive industry trends.
