Our client is an OEM and international automotive manufacturer, we are seeking a motivated Graduate Automotive Test Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Lara on a 12 months contract.

This is a unique opportunity to kickstart your career with a global automotive leader, gaining hands-on experience across testing, data collection, software tools, and advanced driver technologies. You’ll be working alongside experienced engineers, contributing to real-world projects, and developing skills that will set you apart in the automotive industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of vehicle and component tests, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
  
• Contribute to the collection and analysis of data for regional requirements for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), helping to shape the next generation of driver safety and automation technologies.
  Work on identifying, analysing, and resolving issues that arise during testing or development, applying engineering principles and logical thinking.
• Gain hands-on experience with specialist automotive software and adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and methods as required.
  Use CAD tools to support engineering analysis, resolve design issues, and provide solutions to technical challenges.
• Confidently drive and evaluate vehicles as part of testing activities, ensuring performance and safety standards are met.
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• A recent graduate in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
  
• Exposure to or participation in a Formula SAE-A team is highly regarded.
  
• Confident driver with a keen interest in vehicles and their systems.
  
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for finding solutions.
  
• Ability to adapt to new tools, software, and processes.
