Are you passionate about shaping the future of education and creating resources which truly inspire? We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to help us launch our brand new Renewable Energies course – a project combining innovation, sustainability and education.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the program – working alongside subject matter experts, educators, Project Lead and external stakeholders to design engaging, high-quality learning and assessment resources. Your creativity and technical expertise will ensure the course not only meets accredited training standards but deliver an outstanding experience for our students.
What you’ll be doing:
Some key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and developing innovative, student-focused learning resources
- Collaborating with colleagues across teams and departments and external partners to bring ideas to life
- Managing timelines and priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Championing best practice in digital literacy and learning innovation
- Contributing to a resource suite that will be used across the Victorian TAFE network

About You:
Do you love the challenge of turning complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences? You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in instructional design for accredited training
- Strong technical skills with digital learning tools, platforms, and methodologies

Salary Range:
PACCT Level 7 - $95,388 - $108,306 p.a + Superannuation
