Ongoing Supervision 1:1 and Group Supervision Available
What We’re Looking For (key selection criteria):
Registered Psychologists with AHPRA registration.
Passion and experience in working with children, adolescents, and neurodiverse populations.
Dedication to empowering clients with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and giftedness.
Demonstrated proficiency in psychological assessment, interview and intervention.
Strong report writing skills.
Ability to develop positive rapport with children, teens and adults.
Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team environment, in a clinical role and a variety of roles undertaken as part of a not-for-profit organisation.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care.
Committed to extending own professional development.
Desirable:
Masters, Doctorate or equivalent Postgraduate degree in Psychology (preferably, Educational & Developmental, neuropsychology, Clinical).
Specialist knowledge in the identification and remediation of Autism Spectrum Condition.
Knowledge of professional literature (research).
Experience and knowledge of neuro-affirming assessment/intervention.
Experience developing and running Professional Learning Workshops.
Experience in supporting culturally diverse clients.
Experience in an educational environment.
Appointment is subject to:
Evidence of current full registration by the Psychology Board of Australia must be provided before commencement.
Working With Children (WWC) Check, a compulsory check for people who carry our child-related work in Victoria, NPC.
