My client is a national leader in aluminium manufacturing and distribution, supplying windows and doors, facades, high-performance architectural and industrial solutions across Australia. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and service, they are recognised for delivering tailored aluminium systems to some of the country’s most demanding sectors. As their operations continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and driven Paint line Manager to oversee and optimise the paint line production cycle at their key manufacturing site in Sydney.

Role Description

This position plays a vital role in managing paint line operations, ensuring aluminium profiles are processed efficiently and delivered on time to meet project schedules. You will be responsible for daily production planning, materials flow, and system troubleshooting while working closely with key internal stakeholders across sales, supply chain, and manufacturing. This is a role well suited to someone with a strong understanding of paint line and operational control within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily paint line schedules for aluminium profiles, ensuring on-time delivery across national customer networks

Prioritise high-volume and complex orders in line with operational capacity and customer deadlines

Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Distribution teams to maintain transparency and alignment across production cycles

Optimise plant productivity through efficient scheduling, material usage, and scrap reduction

Maintain stock levels of powder paint to avoid supply interruptions and meet production demands

Monitor and ensure system reliability across all stages—from raw material picking through to final packaging

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within Ignition and SAP to minimise disruption and downtime

Act as a key liaison between departments to drive workflow accuracy and customer satisfaction

Salay and Benefits

Base $95k - $110k + Super 12%
