Service Technician – Electrician

Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a motivated, reliable and skilled Service Technician to join our incredible team.

The role includes:

Identification and diagnosis of issues across a broad range of catering equipment

Perform routine preventative maintenance at various sites

New equipment installation as required

Collaboration with onsite staff and management to provide excellent customer service

Ensure compliancy with current safety standards and regulations

Keep accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:

Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted)

Current Australian Drivers Licence

2025 Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to attend after hours call outs on a rotational basis

The ideal candidate will possess:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and mechanical capability

Great customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of the team

Proficient time management and organisational abilities

Experience in the Food Service Industry advantageous
