To support their continued growth, they are seeking a Payroll Officer to ensure staff across their Australian operations are paid accurately, on time, and with care. This role is part-time onsite at Northgate, designed for someone who wants a consistent but flexible schedule: working one full day in one week and two full days in the next, always during business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter employee timesheets and process payroll using MYOB
• Generate payslips, payroll reports, and summaries
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and leave balances
• Manage internal payroll queries with discretion and professionalism
• Provide administrative support to Finance and HR as required
• Ensure compliance with payroll standards and legislation

What You’ll Bring

• Prior payroll experience with MYOB proficiency
• High level of accuracy and strong organisational skills
• Professional communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Discretion when handling confidential data
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines confidently

Salary & Benefits

• $35–$40 per hour + superannuation
• Secure daytime roster: 8:30am – 4:30pm, 1–2 shifts per week
