MyPlace is a Smart-Home system that integrates seamlessly with your air conditioning, lights, garage, blinds, electric gates and now Batteries and Solar. We are an Australian company and part of the Advantage Air group. Over the last 35 years of operation, the Advantage Air group continues to grow and innovate new 'smart' products that the everyday Australian can afford, find useful and find benefit as they go about their day. Although we will always grow and develop in the new-products space, we believe that it is our people and culture that sets us apart. What will you do?

As a Project Lead for the Battery & Solar division, you will be leading a team that quotes and installs battery and solar projects, as the Project lead you will utilise your prior experience within this area to grow and build a high performing and successful team. We will also help you develop skills in sales over time.

Along with your role, we have a unique onboarding process which exposes you to our whole operation and gets you the chance to know everyone within the business. Our ‘Bootcamp’ goes for 12-weeks and gives you the opportunity to work across all departments, giving you a deep understanding of who we are as a company whilst also highlighting particular areas of interest for you.

You will be a trade qualified Electrician with the relevant qualifications and certificates to perform this role. CEC certification and experience in solar and battery installs a must have.

Experience managing and building a high performing team is also a must have

You have a growth mindset with a willingness to continually learn

You are customer focused. You will go out of your way to ensure we provide the best in the industry

You have a team-player mentality

You are someone who asks questions, having deep curiosity

You embrace change and are flexible with working environments

You are able to work autonomously and be self-directed within your work

Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in a similar role is a requirement

Current driver's license

Physically fit
