Our clients project pipeline is expansive, spanning commercial, industrial, residential, education, and health care sectors, with individual projects valued up to $200 million. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team and contribute to their ongoing success.

The Role

• Manage all on site activities and performance - Looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programme
• Experince as a Project Manger delivering projects of $60m+
• Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
• Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record of delivering projects in an upper management role (minimum of 5 years)
• Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required)
• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
• Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
• Experience developing talent
• Experience in managing large teams in a major project environment (In commercial Construction)
• Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
