About the role

Our interviewers conduct face-to-face surveys with consumers in a variety of settings including shopping centres, retail stores, and transport hubs. You’ll be asking people about their opinions, preferences, attitudes, and beliefs across a wide range of topics and products.

This role involves no selling or promotional work – it’s purely about collecting opinions.

What we’re looking for

To succeed as a Market Research Interviewer, you’ll need to be:

Well-spoken, well-presented, and fluent in English

Honest, reliable, and approachable

Comfortable being on your feet for the duration of a shift (reasonable fitness required)

Flexible with availability, including some weekends

Able to travel between locations (car required)
