About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to take charge of our organic socials and grow into paid marketing channels. This is a hands on role that starts casual at 10–20 hours per week (pending time of year), with the goal to become full time as the business scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage Yowy’s Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn with consistent posts and stories.

Engage daily with our community through comments, DMs and reposts.

Edit content from our team and customers into short form videos and images.

Stay ahead of social media trends, testing out new tools and features (we love experimenting!)

Source and encourage UGC, testimonials and ambassador content.

Track performance through analytics, test new ideas and double down on what works.

First month: focus on organic socials and UGC. Months 2-3: expand into email/SMS, Klaviyo flows & ad creation/editing. By 6 months: supporting paid ads and CRO improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who's hungry for AI & willing to test, learn and optimise!

Proactive, full of initiative, not afraid to pitch new ideas and can simply get it done.

Confident with editing tools and short-form video production.

Prior knowledge and execution of managing social media platforms, community engagement & paid marketing practices.

Able to switch between a larrikin Aussie community voice and a professional LinkedIn tone.

Understanding of rural and blue-collar culture is highly valued. Prior agriculture industry knowledge is a bonus.

From $25/hr, higher for the right experience.
