Social Worker – Port Pirie & Port Augusta

Full Time | Veteran Health | $80,000 – $85,000 base annual salary + Relocation + Sign On

We are seeking a passionate Social Worker to join our growing team across Port Pirie and Port Augusta. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new service, helping to shape support pathways for Veterans.

About the Role

Provide holistic social work services across Port Pirie, Port Augusta, and surrounding towns.

Work with Veterans on referrals such as My Aged Care, occupational therapy, medication management, and social support.

Collaborate with an established allied health team including Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists.

Deliver services through a combination of in-person appointments and telehealth

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Social Worker with 2–3 years’ experience (or strong early-career professionals eager to develop) with current AASW membership.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting patients in regional and rural settings.

Willingness to travel between sites and meet clients in the community.

Experience in telehealth work and services.
