About You

You’ll need to have:

Several years of experience in a high-performing kitchen environment, across multiple cuisines

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent food safety knowledge (current certifications required)

Proven ability in menu development, ordering, prep, cost control, stocktaking, and meeting budget targets

A cool head under pressure and a team-first attitude

A genuine passion for producing high-quality, great-tasting food

You’ll also be working closely with our team and suppliers, so clear communication and collaboration are key.
