We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a series of customer-experience initiatives focused on the end-to-end “door-to-destination” journey.
These projects sit at the intersection of digital experience and operational infrastructure, covering upgrades to key customer touchpoints such as transfers, security, check-in, service areas, and arrivals. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating digital technology enhancements with physical-space refurbishments across selected high-traffic sites.
Candidate Profile

• 7–10+ years’ project management experience delivering both digital and Physical infrastructure programs within complex operational environments such as transport, healthcare, large-scale venues, or retail precincts.
• Demonstrated success in managing customer journey or touch-point projects that merge physical environments with digital technology.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to work across multiple operational areas (security, transfers, facilities, service delivery).
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile desirable, but a hands-on delivery focus is essential.

This will be a hybrid working environment with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home. A quick two interview process for th eright person. They need someone very proactive and high energy.
