About the Role:
Tier 2 Builder is seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Advisor to join the delivery team on the $80M Biomedical Manufacturing project. This is a contract role for 3-6 months, supporting & working in with a high quality and performing team on this complext and challenging biomedical manufacturing facility.

You’ll be responsible for driving safety culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting the site team in maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The project has been established, though still in it's early stages, and has exceptional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site safety inspections and audits
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Monitor and enforce compliance with WHS legislation and company policies
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain safety documentation and reporting
• Support subcontractors and site teams with safety planning and risk assessments

About You:

• Proven experience as a Safety Advisor on commercial building projects
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and construction safety standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Cert IV or Diploma in WHS (minimum requirement)
• Ability to influence and build rapport across site teams
