We’re looking for a Customer Experience Officer who will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in maintaining our high standards. What you’ll be doing

Setting up new customers accurately in our Waste Edge system

Handling customer queries with professionalism and urgency

Managing booking inquiries and service changes

Supporting account management and helping customers get the most from our services

Liaising with operations to ensure smooth service delivery

Taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution

What we’re looking for

Industry experience is highly preferred — especially if you’ve worked with Waste Edge

A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service (we expect nothing less)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling bookings and data

Excellent communication skills — friendly, professional, and clear

A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Someone who genuinely cares about the success of the business they work for
