The Opportunity

My client is a highly established real estate group with a proven investment strategy and prominent operations nationally.

An opening exists to support their burgeoning hospitality business which has seen multiples of growth in recent years

As part of a centre of excellence team you'll support varied business improvements projects in driving operational and commercial excellence, as well as manage and contribute to future business strategy

You'll work with data and create financial models and business cases (pricing, tenders), conduct industry analysis to help guide project direction and ensure alignment with market trends, and contribute to evidence-based decision-making

Finally, you will assist in developing project management tools, such as budgets and KPI reports, to track performance and progress

About you

The successful candidate will have a strong academic track record and tertiary qualifications in a related field (such as Commerce/Economics/Engineering)

We're broadly open to candidates from 2-5 years experience with some demonstrated skills in analysis, financial or data modelling, dashboard building, business cases and/or project management. Particularly candidates from advisory or consulting backgrounds

Exposure to BI tools and any experience in an operational or multi-site industry such as hospitality or retail will be beneficial (however not required)
