The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Permanent Part-Time Allocations Consultant to join our team based in Caboolture. This is a key role in ensuring our clients receive timely staffing support and our workforce is well managed.
The role requires a high level of professionalism, confidence in phone based communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client and candidate enquiries.
Allocate staff to shifts across various healthcare facilities based on availability and requirements.
Monitor client portals, shared inboxes, and internal systems for new requests.
Maintain accurate records of shift placements and communications.
Deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast paced environment.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
About You
Essential:
Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and high volume workloads.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work shifts between 4:30am – 11:00pm, across a rotating 7 day roster.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
Experience in customer service, call centre, healthcare allocations, or rostering.
Knowledge of healthcare staffing or the aged care sector.
Familiarity with the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast areas.
Exposure to payroll or admin support tasks.
Required:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
