The Opportunity:

This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of marketing management across five distinct brands, with the clear objective of significantly increasing online presence and lead generation.

As our Marketing Manager, you will operate with complete autonomy, independently setting targets and driving all initiatives to achieve impactful outcomes. This includes full responsibility for implementing and maintaining both new and existing strategies, digital assets, and communication materials.

You'll be the architect of our brand identity, trusted to engage our growing audience across social media, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms, leveraging your expertise to determine the most effective engagement strategies.

We're seeking a creative, all-round marketing professional who thrives on independent content creation, values consistent brand messaging, and possesses a proven ability to leverage online trends while meticulously maintaining brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate with complete autonomy, independently setting targets and driving all initiatives to achieve impactful outcomes.

Overseeing our brands and ensuring consistency across brand assets.

Develop new and unique marketing strategies in line with company objectives.

Generate innovative content that promotes our brand.

Use of digital advertising in organic and paid strategies.

Manage daily social media including planning, scheduling and posting content, and engaging with other accounts.

Remain up-to-date with social media algorithms and strategise accordingly.

Maintain and update all website content including galleries, text, and blogs to ensure aesthetic and functionality, as well as accurate representation of our brand.

Liasie with photographers (videographers) to produce high quality content showcasing the output of our completed projects.

Regularly update Pinterest accounts and Google Business Profiles.

Prepare monthly reporting to Directors of key insights and growth.

About You:

Degree in Marketing & Communications and/or Graphic Design (desirable)

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar marketing role

Proven experience with growing brand exposure

Strong technical skills using a variety of programs such as Adobe Creative Suite

An eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging content

Ability to collaborate with a team

Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.

Ability to increase online engagement and customer acquisition

Some understanding of (or interest to learn) industry relevant language

Strong creativity and writing skills

Drivers License
