Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals with operational strategies.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports as required by senior management.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA (or working towards).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in management accounting within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
