Sport Psychologist

Our mission is for tennis to be the sport of choice in our local communities. This will be achieved by having happy, quality coaches providing extraordinary experiences for our players and their families.

PURPOSE

To enhance player wellbeing and performance by developing focus, confidence, and resilience through evidence-based strategies. Working with players, parents, and coaches, they integrate mental skills into programs and competitions, ensuring a holistic approach that supports growth on and off the court.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

DELIVERABLES

· Provide one-on-one consultations for players to develop mental skills.

· Run group workshops for players, parents, and coaches.

· Support coaches with tools to integrate psychology into training and competition.

· Contribute to holistic player development pathways.

· Promote wellbeing and resilience across all programs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Psychology (minimum requirement)

Preferred 2 years experience

Preferred experience with tennis
