Key Responsibilities
1. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports for individuals, businesses, and trusts
2. Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients
3. Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies
4. Conducting tax research and staying up to date with legislative changes
5. Supervising and mentoring junior staff (for senior/manager roles)
6. Assisting with business advisory services and financial strategies (manager level)

Who We’re Looking For
✔ CPA qualified or currently completing CPA
✔ Experience in public practice accounting (3+ years for Intermediate, 5+ years for Senior, 7+ years for Manager)
✔ Strong understanding of Australian tax legislation and compliance
✔ Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or similar
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
