Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this Senior Financial Accountant role provides broad exposure across the group and will play a key role in supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Responsibilities will include:

Completion of month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow

End-to-end IFRS16 lease compliance and reporting

Coordination and leadership of quarterly and annual audits

Preparation of GST, FBT and income tax returns

Analysis of payroll expenses, reconciliations and journals

Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models

Driving process improvements and supporting systems initiatives

Business partnering across multiple internal and external stakeholders

Supervising and coaching junior team members

The successful candidate will be CA or CPA qualified with 3–5+ years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in retail or product-based industries, and exposure to NetSuite, will be highly regarded. You will be a strong communicator with excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner across the business while mentoring a small team.
