The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated sales representative to join our dynamic and successful team.

Our sales process is a proven formula leading to one of the highest conversion rates in the industry. We aim to offer the client an outstanding solar experience.

Leads will be provided to you for appointment setting and face to face discussion with prospective clients.

This role has an UNCAPPED COMMISSION opportunity,

Proven Sales experience is a must with experience in the solar industry essential. We want someone who backs themselves and their sales ability!

Key duties include:-

1. Appointments & Consultation

• Review appointment details before each consult (know your

customer)

• Run engaging consultations – either on-site or virtually – explaining solar,

batteries, payback periods, and ROI.

2. Sales & Customer Experience

• Present proposals that highlight real savings, make sense to a customer and

cover their needs.

• When a customer is ready, close the deal, sign the quote, and update CRM

on the spot.

• Handle objections professionally and make sure every customer feels heard and

supported.

3. Local Market Awareness

• Stay informed about local council regulations, rebate schemes, and what

competitors are ordering.

4. CRM & Lead Management

• Keep your pipeline clean and up to date – every lead, every deal.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and admin team to ensure quotes are

accurate and install-ready.

5. Collaboration & Communication

• Confirm all appointments and flag any special site notes with the bookings team.

• Share key install details clearly to the team.

• Let the install team know if there are any constraints or things to prepare for.
