Senior Front End Developer - React or Senior Full Stack Developer - Front end Leaning
We are looking for a Talented Mid Level or a super Senior Software Developer, specialising in Front End enterprise applications in React! Small Team - Big impact supported by larger Back end Team and huge opportunity to step up! Our client is a medium sized business specialising in Financial Services applications used by their customers for many many years now. The team is fast paced and looking for an additional Senior who can keep up with the pace.

• Permanent Full Time Position
• Based in Melbourne CBD
• Hybrid/WFH: 3 Office days per week

Reporting to the Squad Lead, be a key part of the Development team in this Financial Services organisation (best in their industry) who has a great culture and is growing at a fast rate.

Must have experience:
- Minimum 8+ years experience in Software Development ideally the past 8+ years with React.
- Some AWS & Java experience (Nice to have)
- StrongAgile experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box with a curious mindset
- Have a good track record working for companies on a permanent basis

This role is based with a Leading Financial Services company building very interesting products used by lots of customers. This role will have you part of a team of 5 Front End Developers who is shaping the Front End in to better ways! The overall squad works mostly back end and there are about 12 Developers in the Melbourne team. As a Senior Developer, you'll work to help mentor and guide Junior Developers.

What You'll Do:
- Working alongside a great Development team with strong leadership, you'll work on the new features, new projects and some BAU and updating the UI to ensure the product is the best it can be.
- Identification, investigation, verification, and rectification of new/documented
software bugs.
- Assisting with scoping/planning/development of new/modified features and
functionality based on Jira stories.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for allocated development projects
