About the Role

Ironbark is seeking a Team Leader – Site Operations to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of government-funded employment programs by providing leadership to employment services teams and oversight of daily operations, compliance, and site performance. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of community needs, program compliance, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of Jobseekers.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant experience or qualifications aligned with leading teams in a performance-driven environment.

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

• An understanding of cultural safety, particularly in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

• Proven ability to work to targets and contract outcomes.

• Strong computer skills and ability to work across digital compliance systems.
