Procurement Manager

Location: Campbellfield, Victoria

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + Super

Hours: Monday 7:00am – 3:30pm, Tuesday–Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm

(One full weekend day per quarter for stocktake)

Key Responsibilities

Forecast and plan stock requirements in line with production schedules.

Negotiate supplier pricing and manage supplier relationships.

Oversee the return of faulty or excess inventory.

Control spend on manufacturing supplies within allocated budgets.

Support the design and implementation of new manufacturing technologies.

Oversee and facilitate regular stock counts at pre-set intervals.

Maintain item records within our ERP system.

Produce weekly spend and supplier update reports.

Continuously refine and improve processes within the purchasing department.

About You

Proficient with technology, especially Excel.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
