The role

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality while working alongside experienced Site Managers and Project Engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support Site Managers and Project Managers in site management and coordination of staff and subcontractors.

Accurately quantify and order materials to meet or exceed program milestones.

Analyse and interpret contract documents, including specifications and drawings.

Prepare and submit project documentation, including schedules (micro and macro), quality assurance records, and related submissions.

Maintain document control and records, including but not limited to RFIs, ITPs, and OMMs.

Collaborate with supervisors to ensure safety compliance and foster a safe working environment.

Interpret architectural and engineering plans, drawings, specifications, and designs.

Assist in the development of construction methodologies and safety documentation.

Oversee the delivery and allocation of materials and equipment.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

2-3 years previous experience

Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
