DATLAS is a dynamic construction company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Sydney. We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our team.

This role is suited to both experienced site engineers and recent construction graduates who are looking to develop their career. Working closely with project managers, site teams, and directors, you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of construction using Procore to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily site operations and project coordination

Monitor construction progress, safety, and quality standards

Support project reporting, documentation, and cost tracking in Procore

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports

Contribute to problem-solving and risk management on site

About You:

Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related discipline (graduates welcome)

For experienced candidates: 1–3 years’ site engineering or construction experience

Familiarity with Procore (or willingness to learn quickly)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
