About the Role
The Brand Product Manager will play a key role in owning and leading the Ready-to-Eat category - driving the portfolio and innovation, supporting brand and campaign execution, and working closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across projects, activations, data management, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand and category plans for the Ready-to-Eat portfolio, with clear business objectives and KPIs.
Lead the Ready-to-Eat portfolio, including core platforms such as Chicken, Mandu, Gimbap, Rolls and Noodles.
Drive the innovation pipeline and provide strategic input into NPD; oversee end-to-end launch execution.
Create and implement go-to-market activation and comms plan, including launch materials, sampling, in-store events, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market and competitor research, data analysis, and insight generation to inform brand and NPD strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure cohesive alignment and execution.
Manage ad-hoc marketing projects and support team operations to drive marketing efficiency and agility.

Skills and Experience Required:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience within the FMCG industry
Prior experience working on Coles and Woolworths accounts is essential
Positive, ambitious attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities
Well-developed administrative and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content coordination
Passionate about food, branding, and understanding consumer behaviour
A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
