We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team at Rapid Inflation Systems in Osbourne Park, Western Australia. This is a casual position; 4-8 hours per week, offering flexible work hours. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components for our products and our clients in the manufacturing industry.

What you'll be doing

Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to manufacture parts and components to precise specifications

Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate part production

Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance

Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency

Working collaboratively with the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects

Maintaining detailed records of production activities, including machine usage, material consumption, and quality control data

What we're looking for

Preferred 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation

Experience in CAD Drawing and programming.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Skilled in the use of precision measuring tools and the ability to perform quality control checks

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues quickly

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
